Sarbanes-Oxley

Our clients outsource some or all of their financial and HR processes. For some clients, this means their auditors require SAS-70 Type II reports. These provide independent evidence that we operate effective financial controls to satisfy the Sarbanes-Oxley standards. Ceridian uses Six Sigma methods, tools and measurements to achieve near-elimination of defects from processes and products.
